Set the minimum speed and altitude required for Breadcrumbs to show on the map to better support rotorcraft and other low or slow flight profiles. Available in the new Map Settings > Breadcrumbs menu.

Release notes

  • Set the minimum speed and altitude required for Breadcrumbs to show on the map to better support rotorcraft and other low or slow flight profiles. 
  • Available altitude settings include 50, 100, or 250 feet, and groundspeed settings include 0, 20, or 40 knots, with defaults of 50 feet altitude and 40 knots groundspeed to match existing behavior.
  • Both the selected altitude and groundspeed values must be met in order for Breadcrumbs to be drawn on the map.
  • The settings are available in the new Map Settings > Breadcrumbs menu, which also includes the toggle to show or hide Breadcrumbs and the existing “Clear After” setting to determine how long after landing the Breadcrumbs will disappear from the map.
