Please read the important next steps below:

If you are a new user, an email is on its way with a link to set up your ForeFlight username and password. Follow the instructions below to download ForeFlight Mobile EFB from the App Store and sign into your ForeFlight account inside the app.

If you are adding a new iPad or iPhone to your ForeFlight subscription, follow the instructions below to download ForeFlight Mobile EFB from the App Store on the new device and sign into your account. If doing so causes you to exceed the maximum allowed nubmer of devices on your account (2 iPads and 1 iPhone, or 1 iPad and 2 iPhones), ForeFlight will allow you to remove an older device from your account during the sign in process, or you can remove the device after signing in at foreflight.com/account.
NOTE: Do not use an iCloud backup to add ForeFlight to a new device. Restoring the app from an iCloud backup can result in problems that render the app inoperable, requiring you to delete and re-install the app from the App Store.

If you are renewing or upgrading your subscription, just launch the app on your iPad or iPhone, go to More > Accounts, and your expiration date and/or plan level will be updated. Then you'll be good to go!

FAQs

What if I haven't received an email?

Sometimes the email can get trapped in your spam filter. Please check your spam folder to see if the email is there. If you still can't find it, send us an email at team@foreflight.com and we'll help you get up and running.

How do I change my password?

To change your password, login at foreflight.com by clicking Login in the top-right and entering your username and current password, then click Change Password in the Profile section near the top.

How do I change my email/username?

To change the email address associated with your account (which doubles as your account username), login at foreflight.com by clicking Login in the top-right and entering your current username and password, enter the new email address in the Username (Email) field near the top, then click Update.
