Signing Out

Signing out of ForeFlight Mobile on your iPad or iPhone.

With your Individual ForeFlight license, you can use ForeFlight on one iPad, one iPhone, and one iPod Touch (plus one backup iPad). Before you upgrade to a new device, be sure to sign out of your ForeFlight Account on your old one.

Tap 'More'

Tap 'More' in the bottom nav bar.

Tap 'Account'

Tap 'Account' on the left menu.

Tap 'ForeFlight'

Under 'Account Logins', tap 'ForeFlight'.

Tap 'Account'.

Tap 'ForeFlight'

Under 'Account Logins', tap 'ForeFlight'.

Tap 'Sign out'

Tap the 'Sign Out' button.


What if I broke or lost my old device and can't sign out, or get the "Too Many Devices" message when I try to sign-in?

Please go to foreflight.com/manage/devices and remove any old or unused Devices to make room for the new device. If you have trouble, please email us at team@foreflight.com to request an 'unhook'. We will need the email address on your ForeFlight account to remove the old device from your account.

Please note: Simultaneous use of an unhooked device and a new device can result in an account lockout, so please do not share your username and password with others.
